Dr. Simon Peter Sebina Kibira is a Lecturer at the Department of Community Health and Behavioural Sciences, School of Public Health at Makerere University (MakSPH). He holds a PhD in International Health from the University of Bergen, Norway. He is a Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) program fellow in population and health.
